We reported that Ciara was doing shows in Moscow and Kahzakhstan last week. But her Moscow show was cancelled due to security reasons. She did her private show in Kahzakhstan as obligated, and since Moscow show was cancelled, she spent NYE in Vegas. Our sources tell us 50 Cent and Floyd Mayweather just so happened to be partying with her as well….
